Refund policy
Overview
All Travel Origins products are made-to-order using premium eco‑friendly materials and printed by our global production partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference-based reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We will remake or refund your order if:

The item arrives damaged

The print is incorrect or flawed

The wrong item was shipped

The product has a manufacturing defect
To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the issue

A short description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Dislike of fit, colour, or design

Items lost due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
We encourage customers to review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We’ll work with our production partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Do Items Need to Be Sent Back?
In most cases, no. Print-on-demand suppliers rarely require physical returns. If a return is needed (rare), we’ll provide instructions.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If the mistake is on our end or our production partners’ end, we cover the cost of the replacement and shipping.
