Travel Origins began in 2026 in Perth, Western Australia, shaped by a life lived across continents and a deep connection to the natural world.
I grew up in South Africa before moving to Australia, carrying with me the influence of Africa’s landscapes, wildlife and cultural richness. Living in multiple countries broadened my perspective and sparked a lifelong passion for travel. Over time, I came to see myself not just as someone from one place, but as a citizen of the world.
I completed my Open Water dive certification and travelled to Bohol in the Philippines for a diving trip that changed everything. Exploring those reefs revealed an entirely new world beneath the surface, filled with colour, movement and quiet beauty. Diving quickly became a defining part of my life, and it continues to inspire the direction of this brand.
Travel Origins was created from a love of travel, nature and the ocean. Every design reflects the places that shape us and the environments we want to protect. I believe future generations deserve to experience the same natural wonders, and building an eco‑conscious brand is my way of contributing to that goal. It is a small step, but meaningful ones often are.
